Unoli offers soybean oil, the world’s most widely used edible oil (more commonly known as vegetable oil). Soybean oil is low in saturated fat and high in poly and monounsaturated fats, while it provides a source of omega-3 fatty acids, which lower cholesterol levels.
With little flavour, the product does not interfere with the taste of food and is a preferred option by chefs, bakers and snack food manufacturers.
Unoli is produced by Elburg Global, a Dutch full-service export supplier of high quality vegetable oil and fats. In 2006 the company purchased the Unoli brand and gave it a global presence, now exporting the product to Europe, Africa, South America and Asia.
