Premier Selection produces sunflower oil that is extracted from sunflower seeds, resulting in a very stable oil with a long shelf life.
The cooking oil is light in taste and appearance and differs from vegetable oil because it supplies more Vitamin E, which acts as an antioxidant and is good for the skin. Sunflower oil helps control cholesterol levels in the body, while it strengthens the body’s immune system, allowing it to fight infections. Premier Selection’s sunflower oil is a combination of monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats with low saturated fat levels.
The product can be used for the preparation of dressing for salads or with raw vegetables, marinades, mayonnaise and diet-margarine. It can also be used for shallow frying, pastry making and baking.
