Kate Bridges began collecting recipes while working in the kitchens of ‘respectable’ families in Victorian England. In 1905 she published a collection of her recipes in a book called “Practical Household Cookery”.
The Mrs. Bridges we know today was launched in 1967 and produces a range of fine preserves, chutneys, salsas, relishes, mustards and curds. The Mrs. Bridges brand is synonymous with quality and indulgence. The signature jar shape and the traditional mop cap and bow add a subtle touch of luxury to each product.
