Zanetti offers 15 families of products from the highest quality raw materials, including soft and hard cheeses, gourmet cheese, butter and cheese for pasta. Knowing how to make genuine traditional cheeses on an industrial scale is a challenge won every day thanks to the investment in the territory, in local suppliers of 100% Italian milk, in infrastructures and technologies, in respect of tradition and safety standards, while being in the control of all the production phases.
In the late 1980s, Zanetti was founded as a small local excellence in the ripening of hard cheeses and then moved on to becoming one of the main Grana cheese seasoners. Throughout the years, it continued to evolve and expand and in 2017, it built a new plant with the latest technologies allowing for its seasoning that contains up to 190,000 forms.
