The company started back in 1956, in the small village of Girona, when a family that had been producing meat on their family farm for decades decided to open a workshop to produce cold meats. Over the years, the demand grew exponentially and in 2017, the company incorporated into the Costa Food Group, allowing it to control the entire production process, from the livestock to the production of the final product.
