Yellow Tail

[Yellow Tail] is a family-owned winery located in the small town of Yenda, Australia. This is where wine is produced by the sixth generation of the Casella family.

The winery’s founders, Filippo and Maria Casella arrived in Australia from Sicily in 1957. They began making wine with the intention of bringing together family and friends on any occasion.

This philosophy inspired John Casella’s vision for [Yellow Tail] in 2001. He wanted to create an approachable wine that can be enjoyed by everyone. John wanted to show that wine could be fun, easy to drink and easy to understand. The talented winemaking team at [Yellow Tail] put a lot of passion and expertise into creating a line of wines that are accessible, appealing and over deliver on taste and quality.

Today, John Casella continues to run the family business with the same principle of creating great tasting wines for all.
