Handpicked on the island of Corsica, Star Ruby Red Grapefruits are the literal star of Pampelle Aperitif. They give the drink a distinctive colour, bitter-sweet taste and serving versatility.
The grapefruits are halved and macerated until full extraction occurs. To enhance the natural citrus aromas, Pampelle is infused with high quality citrus peels sourced from around the world such as yuzu, cedrat and bigarade. Batches are blended with botanicals and then refined in the Cognac region of France.
Pampelle Aperetif is adaptable, mixable and low in sugar, making it a world class aperitif.
