Our Domaine is located in the town of Verdigny (bordering Sancerre). The 18 and a half hectares that make up the property are divided 75% Sauvignon for our white Sancerre and 25% Pinot Noir for our red and rosé Sancerre.
The Domaine is historically located on the AOC Sancerre and today has 18.50 hectares of ownership divided 75% in Sauvignon for our white Sancerre and 25% in Pinot Noir for our red and rosé Sancerre.
Our ancestors coming from the village of Amigny, our plot is shared 65% on this village, the remaining 35% is spread over the communes of Verdigny, Chavignol and Sancerre.
Our terroirs are 90% of the soils of the Caillottes type (Portlandian limestone) including the famous terroirs of Bouffants, Côte de l’épée, Chasseignes.
The remaining 10% is white land (Kimmeridgian marl of St Doulchard) with among others the Damned Mountains.
