Directions
- Tread the Luncheon meat, onion, pineapple and red bell pepper on to the skewers.
- Grill the skewers or fry in a pan.
- Make the sauce from the tomatoes, garlic, pepper, salt, peppers, lemon, sugar and olive oil.
- Serve by adding salad on to plates and place 2 skewers on each plate.
- Serve the sauce on the side together with some Naan Bread.
