Peaches ‘n’ Cream Caramel Parfait

  1. In sauce pan over low heat, melt the Werther’s Original Soft Caramels, stirring often.
  2. Increase the heat to medium-high, stir in peaches and bring to a boil. Simmer for 4-6 minutes or until peaches are soft and tender. Remove from heat and leave to cool slightly.
  3. Spoon 1/4 cup of vanilla yogurt into each of four glasses, layer 2 tbsp of peaches and 1/4 cup granola over top. Repeat to create layers.
  4. Drizzle 1 tbsp of the remaining caramel sauce over each serving.
