A Message from Our Managing Director as We Welcome the New Year

As we begin a new year, this is a moment to reflect on what we have built together at M&Z plc.

Looking back at 2025, one thing stands out clearly: our people delivered. We didn’t wait for momentum,  we created it. Across the business, we moved forward with confidence, embraced growth, and demonstrated what is possible when talented individuals are aligned behind a shared ambition.

Throughout the year, we welcomed new colleagues who brought fresh perspectives and energy, while continuing to invest in our teams because we firmly believe that strong businesses are built by strong people. Our success belongs to those who contribute to it every day — dan is-suċċess huwa tagħkom.

We showed up consistently for our brands, our partners, and our community, with professionalism, pride, and commitment. Just as importantly, we took time to celebrate our achievements together, recognising that success is strongest when it is shared.

As we look ahead to 2026, there is a strong sense of opportunity and ambition. The expectations are higher, the goals are bolder, and we are confident that, together, we are well positioned to meet them.
