  1. Cook the Miltona pasta.
  2. Cook the pancetta in a bit of oil & place in a bowl.
  3. In a separate bowl, shred the gbejna, feta cheese, & Greek style dairy-free cheese & add the spreadable cheese.
  4. Mix all the ingredients together & add 2 eggs.
  5. Place everything in a pan and cook until golden brown.
