Santa Maria Buy, Scan & Win Competition 2023 Terms & Conditions

Between 29^th June and 14^th August, we will be holding weekly giveaways on our What’s In Store pages to give you the chance to win some lovely cash prizes.

 

Terms & conditions:

Santa Maria is distributed by M&Z plc.

M&Z plc reserves the right to cancel, amend, and/or extend this Competition at any time.

M&Z plc reserves the right to remove any comments they deem unfit for the M&Z plc Facebook or Instagram page.

M&Z plc reserves the right to unilaterally change these terms and conditions, without any prior notice and without any formality. The new Terms & Conditions shall be posted on the M&Z plc news section on their website.

All Facebook & Instagram Terms and Conditions apply to this Competition.

Participants randomly drawn will be required to answer a question correctly regarding the brand before being declared winners and thus eligible to receive the prize.

Participants accept that any information entered will be solely kept by the company for marketing purposes.

Employees and their direct family members of M&Z plc are not eligible to participate in these competitions.

 

Rules to participate:

To participate in this competition, participants must:

1. Buy any Santa Maria product.
2. Save the receipt as proof of purchase.
3. Scan the QR code to participate or visit the link: https://whatsinstore.com.mt/santamaria-competition/
4. Enter your details.
5. Upload a photo of the product’s barcode.
6. Upload an image of the receipt.
7. Click submit.

Any submissions after the closing date will not be considered.

 

Competition Time Frame:

These competitions will be running weekly on our Facebook and Instagram pages from 1^st July 2023 to the 14^th August 2023.

€60 – €100 cash prizes to be won each week, and the winners will be contacted on the following Friday (7^th, 14^th, 21^st July and 3^rd August).

A final grand prize of a free boat trip on a sailing boat for 6 people will be announced on Monday 14^th  August.

Winners will be contacted to pick up their prize from M&Z plc offices, where a photo will be taken of the winner with the prize as proof of pickup.
