M&Z plc at the IPSA Trade Visit in Italy

Earlier this month, M&Z plc had the pleasure of participating in an exclusive Trade Visit organised by IPSA, held in Italy on the 15th and 16th of October.

Representing M&Z plc were Senior Brand Manager Christine Vella Bray, members of our HoReCa team, and six of Malta’s top pasticerie chefs, who together took part in two days of hands on demonstrations, product presentations, and creative pastry sessions.

The IPSA team welcomed participants to their facilities, offering an inspiring overview of their high quality professional products and innovative techniques for the modern pastry and catering industry. The programme included live demonstrations of cake preparation, pastry decoration, and dessert innovation, highlighting IPSA’s commitment to supporting professionals in the food service sector.

This visit was an excellent opportunity for our team and our Maltese chefs to exchange ideas, explore new product applications, and strengthen collaboration with one of the leading names in the international food service industry.
