M&Z p.l.c. AGM 2025

Chairman Charles J Farrugia opened the Company’s 4th Annual General Meeting, which was held on Wednesday 04th June at the company premises in Marsa. This was followed by a speech from Managing Director Greta Camilleri Avallone, who reflected on the achievements and challenges faced by the company during 2024.  She expressed her gratitude to all employees and senior management for their dedication and commitment in meeting the Company’s objectives over the past year.

Following the address, several resolutions were presented to the shareholders—all of which received approval.

As the Company looks ahead to 2025, it does so with confidence and a clear focus on executing its business plan and achieving the targets set out for the year.
