Celebrating Summer and Team Spirit at Maria Rosa Winery

M&Z plc were delighted to host their annual Summer Staff Party this year at the beautiful Maria Rosa Winery. It was a memorable evening that offered our team the opportunity to socialise outside the workplace, relax, and celebrate the hard work and dedication that drives our company forward.

Set against the backdrop of a perfect summer evening, staff enjoyed sampling some of the fine wines we proudly distribute, accompanied by a delicious barbecue. The atmosphere was enhanced by a talented live singer Kevin Paul, whose diverse repertoire had many of us dancing well into the night.

The event also served a charitable purpose. Thanks to the generosity of our colleagues, we raised a total of €480 in aid of the Richmond Foundation, a cause close to our hearts. A special raffle was held to support the fundraising, and we extend our congratulations to the lucky winner, who received an incredible prize: a luxurious day out on a yacht for six people.

In addition, we were proud to recognise the achievements of five outstanding team members, each of whom received a Staff Award in appreciation of their dedication and contributions over the years.

Thank you to everyone who helped make the evening such a success. It was a true celebration of teamwork, community, and summer spirit.
