Wines Manager
We are seeking to recruit a Wines Manager to join our growing team. This is a key leadership role that requires a deep passion for wine, commercial insight, and a drive to deliver excellence across our product portfolio and client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop the wine category within the company’s portfolio.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international wineries and suppliers.
- Monitor and analyze wine market trends to drive sales and innovation.
- Oversee wine selection, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams on product launches and brand positioning.
- Provide training and support to sales staff and clients on wine knowledge and service.
- Coordinate wine events, tastings, and trade shows.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a wine-focused role (retail, distribution, or hospitality).
- Strong product knowledge; WSET qualified.
- Commercially savvy with experience in procurement and sales strategy.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Passionate about wine and customer engagement.
