Sales Representative

The Sales Representatives are responsible for selling a portfolio of products to existing and new clients in a given area of the islands of Malta & Gozo.

 

Tasks

  1. Selling a portfolio of leading brands to customers in a given area;
  2. Regularly visiting assigned customers, ensuring a smooth order delivery process and keeping customers up-to-date with any price changes, product changes and portfolio changes;
  3. Performing the Merchandising function whereby our brands are allocated the necessary exposure and focus in an effort to push and promote the Company’s products in the marketplace;
  4. Working to expand client base through approaching new customers and opportunities in a given area & sector;
  5. Driving sales through striving to meet given sales targets;
  6. Assessing client credit worthiness;
  7. Collecting payments and ensuring client accounts remain up-to-date;
  8. Reporting any relevant competitive activity which may have a bearing or could otherwise influencer the development and/or progress of the Company’s business interests;
  9. Adhering to the Company’s strict work ethic at all times, maintaining a professional relationship with our customer base and upholding the Company’s standards of operation.

 

Skills

  1. Good standard of education
  2. Good command of both English and Maltese
  3. Basic knowledge of accounting skills
  4. Good communication and organizational skills
  5. Good knowledge of Word and Excel documents
  6. A flair for sales
  7. Possess a clean driving license
  8. Possess a special driving license C
  9. Smart appearance
