Sales Representative
The Sales Representatives are responsible for selling a portfolio of products to existing and new clients in a given area of the islands of Malta & Gozo.
Tasks
- Selling a portfolio of leading brands to customers in a given area;
- Regularly visiting assigned customers, ensuring a smooth order delivery process and keeping customers up-to-date with any price changes, product changes and portfolio changes;
- Performing the Merchandising function whereby our brands are allocated the necessary exposure and focus in an effort to push and promote the Company’s products in the marketplace;
- Working to expand client base through approaching new customers and opportunities in a given area & sector;
- Driving sales through striving to meet given sales targets;
- Assessing client credit worthiness;
- Collecting payments and ensuring client accounts remain up-to-date;
- Reporting any relevant competitive activity which may have a bearing or could otherwise influencer the development and/or progress of the Company’s business interests;
- Adhering to the Company’s strict work ethic at all times, maintaining a professional relationship with our customer base and upholding the Company’s standards of operation.
Skills
- Good standard of education
- Good command of both English and Maltese
- Basic knowledge of accounting skills
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Good knowledge of Word and Excel documents
- A flair for sales
- Possess a clean driving license
- Possess a special driving license C
- Smart appearance
