Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

We are seeking an experienced, commercially driven and hands-on Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join a dynamic and fast-paced FMCG business.

This is an exciting opportunity for a finance leader who combines strategic vision with operational excellence, playing a key role in shaping financial strategy, driving business performance and supporting executive decision-making.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead the company’s financial strategy and provide strategic guidance to the CEO and Board.
• Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, audits and compliance.
• Drive cash flow management, working capital optimisation and financial performance.
• Take an active, hands-on role in day-to-day finance operations.
• Strengthen internal controls, systems and financial processes.
• Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing finance team.

Ideal Candidate:

• Fully qualified and warranted Accountant (CPA/ACCA).
• Proven experience as a CFO or senior finance leader.
• Strong background in both strategic and operational finance.
• Commercially astute, analytical and results oriented.
• Hands-on leadership style with excellent attention to detail.
• Experience within a listed company would be considered an asset.
