We’re delighted to welcome Francesca Stivala to M&Z plc joining our Brand Management Team!

With a background in the industry and a degree in Marketing and Business Development from the University of Malta, Francesca brings five years of experience in brand management, alongside a strong sense of dedication and a genuine enthusiasm for taking on new challenges.

Passionate about her work and always eager to learn and grow, Francesca looks forward to contributing to our brands and supporting their continued development.

Beyond the workplace, Francesca enjoys practising Pilates, has a long-standing passion for ballet, which she has danced for 20 years and is a devoted dog lover.

We’re excited to have Francesca on board and look forward to the enthusiasm and fresh perspective she brings to the team.
