M&Z plc Staff Enjoy Memorable Day Trip to Sicily

At M&Z plc, we believe that spending quality time together outside the workplace helps strengthen team spirit and create lasting memories. Our recent Staff Day Trip to Sicily was the perfect opportunity to do just that.

The day began with a visit to the charming island of Ortigia, where the team explored its picturesque streets and admired the historic Temple of Apollo, one of Sicily’s most iconic archaeological landmarks. A stroll through the vibrant local market offered the chance to experience the authentic flavours, colours and traditions of Sicilian life.

The group then enjoyed a delicious traditional Sicilian lunch, savouring the region’s renowned cuisine and warm hospitality before continuing to the beautiful Baroque town of Noto.

With time to wander through its elegant streets and admire its stunning architecture, many also took the opportunity to cool down with a refreshing granita or gelato, while others couldn’t resist bringing home some of Sicily’s famous cannoli, a sweet treat enjoyed by all.

The day was filled with laughter, great company and unforgettable experiences, reflecting M&Z plc’s ongoing commitment to fostering a positive workplace culture and celebrating the people who make our company what it is.
