Ingredients
- 1 cup Tipiak Quinoa Oriental Style
- 450g chicken breast
- 2 peppers
- 1 medium size onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 cup cashew nuts
- 1 cup water
- 2tbs. Tiger Tiger Soy Sauce
- 1tsp. Ginger
- 1/4 cup Tiger Tiger Hoisin Sauce
Directions
- Pour 1 cup uncooked quinoa in a glass dish, top with the chopped veg, chicken and cashew nuts. Mix the Hoisin sauce, soy sauce, ginger and water and pour over.
- Bake for 40 mins in the oven.
