Last Friday of the Month: Team Lunch & Dress Down Day

At M&Z plc, we recognise that a strong team culture is built not only through professional collaboration, but also through shared experiences. Our recent end-of-month gathering once again offered an opportunity to step away from daily routines and enjoy time together as colleagues.

The final Friday of the month saw the office adopt a more relaxed tone, with staff taking part in our customary dress down day. The afternoon was made even more enjoyable with a tempting spread of finger food prepared by Danny’s, accompanied by a freshly prepared homemade salad.

The highlight for many was the indulgent Baci cake, a sweet treat that perfectly complemented the occasion and brought everyone together around the table.

These moments, though simple, play an important role in strengthening connections across the team and reinforces our belief that a positive working environment supports both wellbeing and performance.
