Staff Spotlight: Angie Grixti – Merchandiser Team Supervisor

Angie joined M&Z plc in October 2007 as a Merchandiser. After 10 years of dedication and hard work, she was promoted to Merchandiser Team Supervisor and today leads a team of 18 people.

While her role can be demanding, Angie approaches it with commitment and care, always striving to support her team and be there when needed. She enjoys working across all our brands, naturally having a few favourites along the way.

For Angie, the greatest satisfaction comes from seeing a project come together and taking pride in the final result. Reflecting on her journey, she describes joining M&Z plc 18 years ago as one of the best decisions she has made and remains grateful for the opportunities and experiences that have shaped her career.
