Throughout his time with the company, Louis has witnessed and contributed to the significant growth M&Z has experienced. As our operations continue to expand and the pace of business increases, Louis plays a vital role in ensuring that our Ambient Stores, vehicles, staff, and products are well looked after, and that deliveries are carried out efficiently and on time.

Louis’ commitment, attention to detail, and leadership are key to maintaining the smooth running of our day to day operations. He emphasises the importance of teamwork and collaboration, reminding us that “we all need to pull the same rope” and that success comes from valuing everyone’s input and differing perspectives.
