Employee Spotlight: Natasha Saliba, Chief Commercial Officer

With over 30 years of experience in the FMCG sector, Natasha brings a wealth of knowledge, passion, and dedication to M&Z plc. She began her career with a leading supermarket chain before joining M&Z in 1999. Since then, Natasha has grown into a dynamic, multifunctional team member, contributing across key areas of the business, with a strong focus on pricing, sales, and stock control.

In 2025, Natasha was honoured to be appointed Chief Commercial Officer, a role that enables her to lead M&Z’s commercial strategy and continue strengthening the Company’s market presence.

Natasha’s passion for M&Z’s brands runs deep. “Each brand acquisition feels like winning the lottery,” she shares. Her enthusiasm for the Company’s diverse and trusted portfolio is evident in everything she does, and she proudly carries the legacy of these products wherever she goes.

Despite the challenges in today’s competitive landscape, including industry wide staff shortages, Natasha remains committed to driving innovation, identifying effective solutions, and fostering continuous improvement.
