Beef Stir-Fry with Hoisin Sauce

Mix together the soy sauce, sherry, sesame oil, garlic and ginger in a shallow dish. Add the steak and leave to marinate for at least 30 minutes.When ready to cook, heat 1 tablespoon of the sunflower oil in a large frying pan or wok until hot. Add the steak with the marinade and stir fry for 3-4 minutes over a high heat until lightly browned.

Start this recipe by making up the Knorr Mushroom Soup. Tip the dried soup into a small saucepan and stir in the cold water. Heat gently on a medium heat, stirring constantly until the soup thickens and just begins to boil. Remove off the heat and put aside constantly until the soup thickens and just comes to the boil.

Stuffed pork loin with pistachios & apricots

Preheat the oven to 200oc. To make the pork stuffing, heat the olive oil in a pan and sauté together the garlic and onion for 3 minutes to soften. Mix in the Knorr Chicken Stock Pot to dissolve. Transfer into a large bowl along with the pistachios, apples, apricots, thyme and chicken mince.

Baked Vegetable Gratin with cheddar cheese & hazelnuts

Start this recipe by making the soup - Pour the cold milk into a saucepan, add in the Knorr Cauliflower & Broccoli Soup sachet and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Allow to simmer on a low heat for a minute, then remove off the heat. Stir in half of the grated cheese and put aside.

Chicken, Bacon & Mushroom Pasta Bake

Start by boiling the pasta. Only half cook it since it will continue to cook in the oven. Once you have drained and rinsed the pasta, place in an ovenproof casserole dish. Next heat the olive oil in a large pan and soften together the onion and garlic for 3 minutes.Add in the bacon and brown for a minute or 2 before adding in the chicken pieces.

Vegetable Risotto

Heat 2 tbsps olive oil in a pan and sauté 1 chopped onion until soft. Add 1 crushed clove of garlic and 115g mushrooms and sauté for 1-2 mins. Pour in the 250ml dry white wine. Next add in the 175g Arborio rice and stir well. Then make up the Knorr Vegetable stock Pot by dissolving it in 500ml boiling water.

Beef Stew in red wine & herbs

In an ovenproof casserole dish preheat 1tbsp of olive oil and sauté the meat a few pieces at a time until browned on all sides. Remove from the casserole dish. Using the same casserole pot next fry off the bacon for 3-5mins until lightly browned. Then add in the garlic, onions and carrots.

Chicken & Vegetable Pie with Cheddar Cheese

Start this recipe by lightly greasing an ovenproof casserole dish with a little butter and put aside. Next, heat the oil and butter in a large pan and soften the garlic and leek together for 3 minutes. Add in the sliced carrots and cook for a further 5 minutes. Then add the chicken pieces to the pan, along with the button mushrooms and chopped rosemary.

Fillet Steak with wedges & peas

Take ½ Knorr Beef Stock Cube, add oil and crush it to form a paste. Spread paste over both sides of the steaks and grind over some fresh pepper. Heat a pan with oil and throw in a clove of garlic and fresh thyme to infuse. Add meat to the pan and fry on both sides to your requirements.
